Ina joined Blueprint in 2023 and is a Senior Associate. She works alongside founders building vertical software and AI-native businesses. Prior to Blueprint, Ina was a Senior Investment Analyst at TalentWell Partners, where she sourced, evaluated, and supported investments in software and technology-enabled services businesses. Earlier in her career, she worked in lower middle market investment banking, advising on transactions across metal manufacturing, industrials, and medical technology. Ina graduated from Harvard University with a B.A. & B.S. in Human Evolutionary Biology and a minor in English.

Ina currently serves on the boards of Careflow, Develo, and HubiFi.

Outside of work, Ina is probably busy convincing herself that her newest hyperfixation hobby is definitely the one that's going to stick.
