Sheldon is a Founder and Managing Partner of Blueprint Equity. Prior to founding Blueprint, Sheldon was Senior Vice President of Corporate and Business Development at PayLease where he identified and executed strategic initiatives to accelerate the company’s growth trajectory. Prior to PayLease, Sheldon was a member of the investment team at Mainsail Partners, a San Francisco-based growth equity firm, where he was responsible for sourcing and executing new investments, as well as working with portfolio companies. Early in his career, Sheldon was an Analyst with Piper Jaffray’s Technology Investment Banking group where he executed mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions in alternative energy, Internet, software, and semiconductor sectors. Sheldon received a B.A. in Finance and a M.S. in Accounting from the University of Colorado, Boulder. Sheldon currently serves on the boards of Axela, Quativa, RocketRez, Spin Technology, and Tovuti. Aside from Blueprint, Sheldon enjoys golf, running, and skiing. He would like to think he can beat Bobby at all three, but if he is being honest with himself he is only currently better at one. Bobby is a Founder and Managing Partner of Blueprint Equity. Prior to founding Blueprint, Bobby was a Partner with Revolution Ventures, where he was responsible for sourcing and executing new investments, as well as working with portfolio companies. Prior to Revolution, Bobby was an Associate with Grotech Ventures where he was active in sourcing and executing investments in software, Internet, and digital media sectors. Early in his career, Bobby was an Analyst with Piper Jaffray’s Technology Investment Banking group where he executed mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions in alternative energy, Internet, software, and semiconductor sectors. Prior to Piper Jaffray, Bobby held positions at a number of early-stage startups, most notably Lux Research as a Research Associate. Bobby received a B.A. in Physics with a minor in Economics from Middlebury College. Bobby currently serves on the boards of CompanyCam, Element451, Federal Compass, RocketRez, and Sunwave Health. Aside from Blueprint, Bobby enjoys being a faster runner and better golfer than Sheldon.

Francis joined Blueprint in 2018 and is responsible for sourcing and executing new investments. Prior to Blueprint, Francis was Head of Partnerships at TrackMaven where he created internal revenue strategies, working with over seventy-five clients to develop and report on their respective marketing strategies. Prior to TrackMaven, Francis was a Management Consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton where he provided analytics, communications, and marketing support to executives in the public and private sector. Francis received a B.S. in Business Administration with a minor in Economics from the University of Mary Washington. Francis currently serves on the boards of Element451 and Federal Compass. Aside from Blueprint, Francis is an avid traveler and waterman. He holds dual citizenship, has visited over thirty countries, and has surfed in many of them.

Prior to Blueprint, Michael was a Senior Associate within the M&A advisory practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he assisted both private equity and corporate buyers achieve transaction objectives. Michael received a B.S. in Accounting and Business Management from the University of Arizona and is a licensed CPA in the state of California. Michael currently serves on the boards of Axela, Quativa, Spin Technology, and SponsorCX. Prior to joining Blueprint, John was a Vice President at Beringea, a transatlantic venture capital and growth equity firm, where he was responsible for sourcing and executing new investments and working with portfolio companies across a variety of sectors, including enterprise software, eCommerce, AdTech, MarTech, healthcare IT, and tech-enabled services. His investments included Akadeum Life Sciences, Arrive (acquired by FLASH), Blis Media (exit to financial sponsor), dscout, Flywheel.io, Genomenon, Popular Pays (acquired by Lightricks), and others. Prior to joining Beringea, John served as an Analyst at PMCF, a Detroit-based middle market investment bank, where he executed M&A transactions in the Business & Technology Services sector. He received a B.A. in Finance from Michigan State University. John currently serves on the board of RocketRez. Aside from Blueprint, John enjoys golfing, foodie restaurants, and being a girl dad.

Prior to Blueprint, Duncan was Director of Sales Operations at DealMaker, an equity crowdfunding platform. Prior to DealMaker, Duncan managed sourcing operations for Five Elms Capital, a growth equity investment firm based in Kansas City. Aside from Blueprint, Duncan is a family man, guitar player, tennis fan, and loves to travel.

Prior to Blueprint, Laura worked in business development at SourceScrub, a San Francisco-based SaaS business where she led new sales and business development. Laura graduated from the Claremont Colleges with a B.A. in Economics and Entrepreneurship with a focus on technology. Laura currently serves on the board of Tovuti. Prior to Blueprint, Candi was an Associate at Bespoke Partners, an executive search firm for PE-backed SaaS companies, specializing in C-Suite Go-to-Market placements, and helped placed over sixty executives for PE firms such as Thoma Bravo, Clearlake Capital, Providence Strategic Growth, and Insight Partners. Candi received a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, San Diego. During her free time, Candi enjoys trying new restaurants and bars, running, and spending time with her cats, Bones & Theo.
