Michael joined Blueprint in 2020 and is a Vice President. He works alongside founders building vertical software and AI-native businesses. Prior to Blueprint, Michael was a Senior Associate within the M&A advisory practice at Pricewaterhouse Coopers, where he helped both private equity and corporate buyers achieve their transaction objectives. He holds a B.S. in Accounting and Business Management from the University of Arizona and is a former CPA.

Michael currently serves on the boards of AidKit, Axela, Careflow, Megadata, Playbypoint, and SponsorCX.

Outside of work, Michael enjoys time with family, cooking, sports, and chess, along with the occasional Netflix marathon and an ongoing search for evidence that his golf game is improving.
