Oly Ugorji
Analyst
Oly joined Blueprint in June 2026 and is an Analyst. He works alongside founders building vertical software and AI-native businesses. Prior to Blueprint, Oly worked in analytical development at Catalent, while also volunteering in the Surgical and Medical ICUs at Scripps Mercy Hospital. He holds a B.A. in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from the University of San Diego.
Outside of work, Oly enjoys fishing, surfing, playing soccer, or finding any excuse to stay active. He's also a proud Chelsea supporter, which has taught him plenty about patience, resilience, and occasional heartbreak.
