Paul joined Blueprint in 2026 and is the Head of Artificial Intelligence. He helps portfolio companies modernize their engineering organizations and transition to AI-native development practices. Prior to Blueprint, Paul spent seven years as CTO at Chatmeter, where he architected the product platform, scaled cross-functional teams, and played a direct role in the company's sale to a private equity firm. Earlier in his career, he held development leadership roles at Disney Interactive and Sony Online Entertainment, and founded several technology companies, including a game studio whose proprietary tech was licensed to multiple publishers and a video streaming platform that caught the attention of Microsoft.
