Sasha Kuzmin

Sasha joined Blueprint in 2026 and is the Workplace Experience Coordinator. She oversees the firm's daily operations, cultural initiatives, and corporate social media presence. She ensures the team is well-equipped to perform at their best, while keeping Blueprint's external presence sharp and consistent. Prior to Blueprint, Sasha served as the Welcome Host and Events Coordinator for F.P. Journe, where she managed high-touch client relations and curated premium brand experiences. She was responsible for boutique operations, event execution, and representing the brand to external stakeholders. Sasha holds a B.A. in Sociology with a focus in Business Management from UC Santa Barbara.

Outside of work, Sasha enjoys staying active through the gym, exploring hike trails, and likes to get competitive during spike ball. She loves being in the kitchen, where she's currently drafting a cookbook, and has a well-documented weakness for HomeGoods runs.
