Sr. Associate, Value Creation
Torian joined Blueprint in 2026 and is the Senior Associate of Value Creation. She assists with commercial optimization and value creation across the portfolio. She is drawn to companies entering their adolescent phase, where new systems and processes become the critical foundation for growth.
Prior to Blueprint, Torian was a Senior Associate at Everlane Equity Partners, a Boston-based growth equity firm, where she led origination and assisted with post-acquisition integration strategy for the firm and its portfolio companies. Torian holds a B.A. in the Program of Liberal Studies from the University of Notre Dame.
Outside of work, Torian enjoys reading, traveling, and hosting weekly dinner parties.
